Boehringer Ingerlheim chooses Macau as a destination for their 2012 Annual Sales Conference. After being received by our staff at the ferry terminal they were taken to Venetian Hotel where they stayed for the 3 days conferences. The Opening Ceremony was one of the highest moments with some of our best entertainment performances such as the Chinese traditional act of dotting the eye of the lion as a symbol of good luck. The conference management included all the events planning, logistics services, support staff, MC, and conference equipment such as staging, a wide screen for video projection, ppt projection and live feed. Throughout the days of the conferences there were different speakers and types of meetings between the sales people of BI. Also to complement this workdays there were some gala dinners with different themes such as Carnival and Fortune Macau that took place in venues like Macau Tower and MGM. Beyond the entire events organizer there was also time to sightseeing Macau’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites and visit the vibrant city of Hong Kong.
