Program outline

The concept behind this team building is to be both competitive and cooperative, and to associate the Dragon Boat racing with the client’s values. Participants will be divided into teams and a briefing will be given by dragon boat professionals where all safety procedures will be explained and all the techniques, such as the synchronization and the drumming. Each team is composed by “Rowers” and one “Drummer”: while the drummers compete for the balance, the noise, and energizing of their rowers, the rowing group will compete for the finish line. Synchronize with your team and row as fast as you can!
