Program outline

Guests will be challenged to create their own lunch in this delicious corporate cooking class (following Macanese fusion recipes and the guidance of a professional chef).

The guests will be divided into teams, and then the program will start with a stroll to the local products market, where the group will need to select and buy the freshest and the best ingredients.

Then, with the chef’s guidance, they will cook some special recipes just in time for lunch where they will fest.
The best teams will be awarded and everyone will take home the recipes as souvenir of this amazing cooking experience.
