Wine Making Academy – How it Works?

One of our best selling team bonding activities in Macau! At Wine Making Academy guests will create their own wine by blending different mono-grape wines (Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo). A oenologist will explain the tasks to each team and the whole experience takes the guests to learn about wines and brainstorm the best way to commercialize them. Those who don’t drink can help creating the marketing campaign for their team wine. At the end, a blind wine tasting is done to select the best wine created and the best business strategy. Teams may even vote against their own wines in the blind-taste without even suspecting. Who will be able to produce the greatest wine?
