Program outline

The Macau Food Safari will take guests on a culinary scavenger hunt, allowing the participants to experience a variety of Macanese, Portuguese and Chinese dishes.

For that, guests will visit some of the traditional restaurants and diners located in the UNESCO World Heritage Historic Center of Macau. A tour guide will accompany small groups of 10-15 persons in the course of this gastronomic treasure hunt, where the groups will stop at different “food stations” and try various local dishes and specialties, as the guide talks about its origin and contents.

This activity can be customized for the Asian or the Western tasting experience, according to the clients’ wish.
