Program outline

The Macau Gourmet Discovery will take guests on a gastronomic trip through Macau, giving the opportunity to participants to experience some of the best Macanese, Portuguese and Chinese dishes in typical restaurants located in the UNESCO World Heritage Historic Centre of Macau. After the initial briefing, the teams will go to different locations (highlighted on the map) to complete their gourmet treasure hunt. Along the way, guests will have to answer to quizzes, experience blind tasting challenges and try traditional dishes, snacks, and desserts. This activity can be tailored to the Asian or Western tasting experience, according to the clients’ wish.
